CANCELLATION POLICY

𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬! But always be prepared for your appointment! Plan for traffic, weather, slow drivers, sickness, etc. I never rush my services - so always arrive at your appointment time. Even the slightest minutes can affect your lashes & nails. (rescheduling under 48hrs is also canceling) ⋒ 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 ⋒ If you are late - depending on the services you booked I will either work with you & have to down grade your appointment, but if you are 𝟏𝟓 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐄𝐒 late - I will have to cancel your appointment in all & a late fee will be charged. I love communication so try to contact me ASAP & will work with you as much as possible. ⋒ 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 ⋒ If you were to “NO-SHOW” you will be charged 100% of the service & banned from booking. ⋒ 𝐒𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 ⋒ If you are sick please do not come in. I know missing a nail & lash appointment feels like the end of the world but please be considerate of my well being & my other clients coming in as well. 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 “𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝” & 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬. With nail appointments & lashes I am directly in your face & come in direct contact with you. So we’ll have to reschedule you. We all know when we can feel a germ bug coming on so please try to shoot me a text the day before. Please do not text minutes before your appointment that you can’t come. If you were to cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment or show up sick you will be charged 50% of the service you booked.
